| IKON INTRODUCES NEW COLOUR PRINTING AND COPYING SYSTEMS IN UNITED KINGDOM |

- New IKON-branded colour systems are designed to meet demand for fast, affordable office and production colour; expand IKON's portfolio in the U.K.

LONDON, THURSDAY, MAY 26, 2005 — IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, today launched two new IKON-branded colour systems in the United Kingdom. The new printing and copying products are designed to address the rapid increase in demand for colour systems, a market that is estimated to have a compound annual growth rate of approximately 15 percent according to InfoTrends/CAP Ventures. The two new products are the IKON CPP™ 500 colour solution for commercial, graphic arts and corporate print environments, and the IKON BusinessPro™ 500c, the industry's fastest colour printing and copying system for offices. IKON has 29 offices across the United Kingdom, with revenues of approximately $540 million throughout Europe. In fiscal 2004, the company posted worldwide revenues of $4.65 billion.

IKON has more than 50 locations across Europe, and plans to expand its Pan-European presence by adding offices in 10 cities by 2007. Most recently, IKON opened new offices in Barcelona and Milan.
Breakthrough Colour Systems
The IKON CPP 500 and IKON BusinessPro 500c complement IKON's broad portfolio of colour systems currently available in Europe, ranging from colour-capable black and white devices for the office to high-volume colour production solutions. Developed with Konica Minolta technology, the IKON CPP 500 and the IKON BusinessPro 500c are the first IKON-branded colour products available in Europe. The systems feature improved image quality, superior colour and new paper-handling capabilities. The IKON CPP 500 is designed to deliver high-speed, high-quality colour documents on demand, with a front-end system that accommodates large files and complex workflow, including variable data, and a fully featured print engine that quickly produces professionally finished document sets. The IKON BusinessPro 500c is designed to deliver strong media capabilities within a cost-effective, space-saving footprint, making it ideal for the office.

Professional Services
According to IDC and other leading industry analyst firms' estimates, documents can cost a company up to 10 percent of its revenues. To help companies reduce these costs and increase productivity, IKON has expanded its Professional Services offerings in Europe, providing customers with new tools to improve their document workflows. IKON's team of 1,000 Professional Services specialists provide ongoing colour calibration, advanced forms design, data stream conversion and custom workflow in addition to objective assessments that assist customers in identifying the right document management and workflow strategy.
IKON Professional Services consultants also recommend, implement and support solutions from the company's comprehensive portfolio of end-to-end software solutions from industry leaders including EMC (Documentum), Kofax, Captaris, Notable Solutions (NSi), EFI, Equitrac, Objectif Lune and Solimar Systems. These solutions are designed to help companies address document management needs at all phase of the document lifecycle—from input to archive.
